The NMSU Philosophy Club is open to all! There is no fee to participate, and no prior exposure to philosophy is necessary. There is no censorship, only the love of wisdom and the pursuit of truth.

The Philosophy Club meets every Thursday evening. Meetings alternate weekly between the following:

1) “Philosophy with J-P”
Location: The patio of the NMSU Golf Course Clubhouse (now the 1888 Taphouse & Kitchen) located at 3000 Herb Wimberly Drive, Las Cruces, NM 88003
Time: 4:00pm
Notes: Meetings consist of engaging in the philosophical dialect. J-P presents certain problems/puzzles/paradoxes and/or philosophical texts to discuss.

2) Student-led Meetings
Location:
Breland Hall, Room 172

Time: 5:00pm
Notes: Meetings consist of engaging in philosophical dialect. These meetings are student-led, and philosophical topics vary.

Please feel free to contact the current Philosophy Club President Kit Krug at kitkrug@nmsu.edu with any questions regarding the club.
